Close to 50 RSVPs! Still time for Queer Sex Party
The RSVPs are now pouring in. Lube wresting, refreshments and all that EROS has to offer are confirmed. Still working on photobooth and spin the bottle.
This is a private party. This is to try and insure a safe and pleasant time for everyone. This method has worked for the last 5 years, so we keep doing it. You need to have gone to a previous party or be invited by someone who's going. It really is a friends and family of Eros event.
We were using evites, which was great, until their system went down on New Years Eve as everyone was looking for the address/directions to the club.
Latex condoms, gloves and ID Glide lube are provided as well as towels and snacks. Feel free to bring your own safe sex supplies and toys. It's not a dungeon space, so no ceiling rigging, no real room to flog, the lighting is for a sex club (because it is a sex club) so piercing is not encouraged. We do have a steam room, sauna, showers and lots of room to play. We ask that attendees be ok to be around folks of all genders, that includes trans bodies. If someone is gawking or asking in appropriate questions, its a good way to not be allowed back. That said, we've not really had a problem with that because the emphasis is on queer, all genders.
The Halloween party saw a switch in the demographics to younger, queerer, but the RSVPs for New Years seem to be about the same demographics as last year. Mainly queer, some pan folks, mainly below 35, 60/40 female/male, the men tend to be 50/50 trans/cisgender guys. The women I really don't know.
